What counts as one concierge request?
One request covers a single occasion with one date, party and general set of preferences. A materially different date, event or occasion may be treated as a new request.
Are reservations guaranteed?
No. All reservations and experiences remain subject to partner availability, venue policies and confirmation. Gold is being built around priority booking support; no specific table or outcome is guaranteed.
Are venue charges included?
No. Membership covers YULPARTY’s Gold service and member benefits. Venue bills, tickets, deposits, minimum spends, transportation and other third-party charges remain separate unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
Will I see the terms before confirming?
Yes. Any known deposit, minimum spend, cancellation condition or other material requirement will be shown before you approve an available option.
Can another person use my membership?
Membership is personal. Reservations must normally be placed in the Gold member’s name, and the member may be required to attend.
How do I apply for Gold?
Submit a Gold application to register your interest. Our team will review it and contact you personally to discuss membership and the next steps. Applying does not activate membership.
